Ronan's table
With happiness and talent, the Michelin two-starred chef Ronan Kervarrec reveals his gastronomic cuisine inspired by local producers and marine products. It exhales iodized fragrances and marine flavours ; rooted in a terroir, it magnifies the product and its history ; nurtured by a childhood spent with a master saucier as a father, it is a permanent quest for the perfect taste, with which it plays all the possible nuances. The result is a refined pleasure cuisine.
Just like the chef and his cuisine, the welcome is warm and sincere.
In the contemporary and naturally harmonious atmosphere of the lounges, by the fireplace, near the veranda, on the terrace on sunny days... Ronan and Els cultivate the art of receiving you as if you were at home, in Saint-Grégoire.
